How I work

Given the right conditions, we can all flourish. It’s our nature and birthright. My life's goal is to create spaces where people can naturally grow in self-awareness and confidence, to build a life that fulfills. This was something I needed to create inside of myself. I have been fortunate to find great tools and learned from great teachers. And I want to share.

As a Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Trauma) practitioner, IFS Informed© coach I offer private sessions, men's circles and plant medicine integration circles to help you identify. clarify and achieve your goals. Tools we might use include compassionate enquiry and active listening to understand your needs, shamanic journeying, supportive challenge, embodied practice such as breathwork and meditations exploring mind-body-spirit connection. I work with Richard Schwartz' Internal Family Systems model and other counselling tools to work with past wounding - helping find new roles for old parts and patterns we needed once but which now don't serve.

I am certified in Somatic Plant Medicine Integration with Atira Tan. It is a powerful approach to perhaps the most challenging but fruitful aspect of working with these beautiful medicines - whether it is fully embodying a transcendent experience or grounding a tough one. 

I have completed training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and believe in the wisdom and intelligence of the body. 

I trained for seven years with Brazilian shaman and psychologist Xamam Alba Maria Xamam.org (two and half living in shamanic community) and completed a five year initiation in plant medicine facilitation.
